A Commercial Building Inspection Report is a building report for a non-residential property. This is often called a Due Diligence Report. There are many different types of commercial properties including shops, office blocks, restaurants, units and industrial premises.

As commercial properties differ from residential dwellings, they can exhibit additional problems due to the type and complexity of construction. At Tewantin Pest Control & Building Inspections we are experienced with complex properties and are licensed and insured to inspect commercial premises.

We provide a written report within two to five working days of the inspection, depending on the size and complexity of the property inspected. With urgent requests, we can supply the report within 24 hours if you advise us prior to inspection.
