Commercial Building Inspection & Report

A Commercial Building Report is a building report for a non-residential property. This is often called a Due Diligence Report. There are many different types of commercial properties, including but not limited to shops, office blocks, restaurants, units and industrial premises.

As commercial properties are different to residential dwellings, they can have numerous additional problems due to the type and complexity of construction. At Tewantin Pest Control & Building Inspections we are experienced with complex properties and are licensed and insured to inspect commercial premises.

Written reports are available within 2 to 5 working days of the inspection, depending on the size and complexity of the property inspected. With urgent requests, we can supply the report within 24 hours but we will need to be advised prior to the inspection taking place.
